FAQ

Are all your classes American Heart Association (AHA) approved?

Yes! All our classes are AHA-approved and taught by independent AHA Instructors. Your certification will also be through AHA.

The course address is not listed for the class, how do I get it?

Some course locations are not listed on the site, only the city and zip for reference. After you register for the course, the full address for the course will be emailed to you within 24 hours.  If you have questions about the course location, please send us an email or call.

I don’t see any class offerings for the course I need, what can I do?

Reach out to us if you don’t see the course you need. We sometimes have classes that are not on the website with our affiliated partners that we can offer to you or modify a course we have to fit the certification you need.

Will you come to my location to teach?

We offer on-site training for 3 or more students.  We bring the training to you!

Do you offer training for large groups?

Yes, we can accommodate any group size.

When do I get my e-card?

Most cards are provided same day of your course via your email, check your spam folder for the email to claim your card.  In some cases, there may be a delay and it may take 5-7 business days to get the e-card to our students. In those rare cases, temporary certificates will be available, should you require one. Once your card is ready, you will receive an e-mail directly from AHA asking you to “Claim your AHA e-Card”. No, this is NOT junk mail – this is YOUR e-Card! Some e-mail providers send these e-mails to Spam or Junk Mail folders so please check those. If you have not received your card within 2 weeks, please contact us so we can check the status.

Why do you only do e-cards?

Electronic cards are now the standard as they are more secure. Certification cards are emailed to the email provided when registering for the course. If you would like the card sent to a new email address, please advise your instructor at the start of the course.
